James Welch, CPA, who currently serves on the Chamber Board of Directors and served as Chairman in 2002, has been elected to the Board of Directors of Randolph Savings Bank.
Welch, a Hingham resident, is a partner at BlumShapiro, New England's largest regional accounting, tax and business consulting firm. He recently joined BlumShapiro as a result of the merger with the regional accounting and business advisory firm of Needel, Welch & Stone which he joined in 1980 and where he served as Managing Princupal from 1994 - 2005.
Randolph Savings Bank President & CEO Jack Doyle announced Welch's election to the Board saying, "Jim brings a wealth of financial expertise to our Board as well as an outstanding record of community involvement. He also has significant board governance experience and a strong understanding of banking."
