Chamber Member Wheatstone Engineering & Consulting's Jim Murphy is lending his expertise in a pro bono project with the City of Brockton. Brockton officials sought out Wheatstone's help in assessing the site where the city plans to put a 20-foot-high statue honoring the heavyweight champion Rocky Marciano in his hometown. The statue will stand at Maciano Stadium at Brockton high school, where Murphy says the soil conditions look favorable to be able to hold the statue.
