As of March 1st, strict new Massachusetts regulations (201 CMR 17.00) require all companies that maintain "personal information" about their employees, customers, or others to protect that information from hackers and accidental disclosure. They also require you to have a Written Information Security Program (WISP) that details the processes you take to secure that information in your files and especially on your computers and networks.
Many businesses are scrambling to comply with the law. Is your data secure? Can you be sure?
Please join presenter Mark Dolan from Personal Computer Resources and Attorney Michael Clarkson from Morgan, Brown & Joy for an interactive seminar on the data security regulations.
Whether you need answers to a couple of technical questions to complete your WISP or you want to know how to get started, you will find this program valuable.
